Even though I was a little late than my booked time, I went straight into the consultation without waiting, and the procedure finished really quickly. The consultation was done by the manager, who explained the procedure and precautions and figured out what I wanted before relaying it to the director, and that was the part I liked the most. Because it was a painful procedure, they used ice anesthesia, but it wasn't very effective, and the female director first did a simple design and, since she has a lot of experience, was quick
