Pain... but it hurts less than at other hospitals. I think there were two types to choose from. I had a lot of flesh on my bulbous nose, and it worked pretty well for me, which was nice. Still, I think the effect returns to the original state pretty quickly. Especially around both edges of the nostrils, I could feel the flesh there decreasing, which was good. I got it done here about two or three times, and I had it done by a male doctor, who was kind. He was also very meticulous and placed it in many areas
