I have gotten Botox in several places. The clinic was completely factory-like, but the procedure price was not factory-like at all. The front desk staff were not especially friendly, and the consultation manager also spoke very bluntly, so I felt they were rude. In particular, the consultation lacked a lot of professionalism. Later, when the director came in to examine me, what they said was completely different from what the consultation manager had said, so my trust dropped sharply. After getting Botox, the effect itself was of course very good. But even though a complication occurred after the procedure, the clinic made no move at all to take responsibility and care for it, and in the end I had to go to another clinic and pay out of pocket to resolve it myself. It was a factory-style clinic with no merit at all, so I don't think I'll go back.
