The hospital facilities themselves are generally clean and good. However, I'm not sure I can say the staff were extremely friendly. The consultation manager's manner seemed professional, but their tone and attitude were uncomfortable. They saw my tattoo and asked, in a casual tone, 'Did you get that tattoo today?' which caught me off guard and didn't feel good. Especially since this is a clinic that charges a separate consultation fee... the consultation fee is 10,000 won. The hospital itself is very well known and is the kind people look for for results-first
