They did not reflect my needs and designed and performed the surgery as they pleased. They said they had 1 year of aftercare, but also said the surgery went well and that they had nothing to say. The staff were rude too, and overall the customer service was a mess. The manager in charge refused to answer my call, saying he had an outside meeting? lol, and did not check KakaoTalk.
