I didn’t wait long for the consultation, and the staff were just okay, friendly enough. There was no pressure to book, and there was no consultation fee. As other reviews said, the doctor is extremely confident and certain about the surgical method. You can ask questions, but something like “Could it be done in a different way than what you’re saying?” probably wouldn’t work... (I didn’t ask) I had a simple eye exam before the consultation, and anyway it seemed like they prioritize function the most, which I liked. I came all the way to B.I.O because it was a difficult case, and I think it was worth coming. Feels like there are tradeoffs for tradeoffs...
