I went in worried after seeing a lot of reviews at first, but it was better than I expected. There were indeed a lot of people, just like the reviews said, but it was not that chaotic and was fairly okay. I did not choose a specific doctor separately, and after talking with the consultation manager, I think I was scheduled with the doctor who was available for a consultation. They explained things professionally and told me about the difference between ideals and reality. Then, looking at my face, they explained how the parts I was worried about could be improved, and why some parts could not be improved through eye surgery. Overall, I liked the line they suggested, and I liked the doctor too. If it really comes out exactly as the line they designed, I think I would book the surgery.
