I live in the countryside and I’m the type who doesn’t like to spend time searching around, so I just went ahead and had the surgery here after only a few consultations, and I regret it. The nose wasn’t very long to begin with, but they made it into a complete upturned half-curve shape, so it looks short and lifted. I also had surgery for rhinitis. The shape wasn’t to my liking, but functionally it was fine, though one cartilage (?) inside my nose was sticking out. I was living with it, then I had revision surgery, and at another hospital too
