I had to wait a lot because of the surgery, but that part was understandable so it was fine. The director KJY doesn't feel warm, but he gave plenty of explanation, and since he's from ENT? I liked that he explained functional issues like sinusitis, which other hospitals hadn't mentioned. The consultation manager didn't feel warm either, but answered my questions well. I'm still on hold because the surgical method isn't the material I wanted
