I booked an appointment and went there, but I waited 2 hours just to be seen. I had plans afterward, so that was a problem. Since I waited so long, I was already drained by the time I got the consultation, so the information didn't really sink in. I was curious about how to correct my nose in a way that suited my face, but instead of that, they just asked me to present the design I wanted, so it felt like the communication wasn't working very well.
