Things gained from a 7-million-won revision surgery 1. The right eye lost focus, almost like strabismus. 2. Because the eye-correction loosened, they promised aesthetic improvement and even wrote an affidavit, so I trusted the hospital and went into surgery. But the hospital said the eye-correction was barely noticeable and that they detached the Müller adhesion -> another hospital said that if they detached the Müller adhesion, you can understand it as loosening the eye-correction again (so they said they had tightened it, but then loosened it again). Result: they said they re-fixed the eye-correction, but the eye size, the pre-op loosened eye-correction, and the eye shape are almost exactly the same as before surgery. 3. They said they would follow the existing line, but they altered the line (without even discussing it with the patient). The original line was gentle, but the doctor here touched the line and it became distorted. Within a month, the hospital admitted the distortion and did a revision, but it is still distorted and has not improved. This is an objective conclusion based on the pre- and post-op progress photos the hospital gave me, not selfies. (A university hospital even acknowledged that the first symptom, the change in focus, was real.)
