I went to 1mm Plastic Surgery for a consultation about redoing my eyes, and overall it was an experience that left me with a lot of disappointment. Even though I had made a reservation and visited, I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half, and during that time there was not much explanation or apology, so it felt a bit frustrating. Most disappointing of all was that I could not consult directly with the director and had to go through only the manager before leaving. Eye revision is especially something that has to be decided very carefully, so I wanted to hear the director's opinion directly, but that did not happen, and my satisfaction with the consultation dropped a lot. The consultation itself also felt somewhat formulaic rather than specific, and I got the impression that there was not enough detailed explanation about my individual eye condition. Overall, I did not get much useful information for the time spent, and it was a consultation that did not build much trust in the clinic.
