I visited because of my double chin. Even though I had made a reservation, the wait time was a bit long, which was disappointing. The consultation manager didn't pressure me at all and instead said something like, if you think there is an effect this time, then it's better to do another one later, which made me trust them. The treatment hurts. I'm not very good at tolerating pain to begin with, so that may be why. It felt like being stabbed in the tooth nerve, so for me it hurt. The effect isn't really visible from just one session, as expected. If I get the chance, I'm willing to have more later.
