The consultation manager was nice and the doctor was nice too, but the woman at the front desk was so rude and snappy that I decided not to go through with the surgery.. If it weren't for her, I would've booked immediately. I wondered if she was just tired, but it was a Saturday afternoon and there weren't that many customers at the time, so I don't know what she was so unhappy about... When I was waiting and said I was going to use the restroom and come back, she sighed and snapped, "You'll be going in soon," and so on;;; I still can't forget it... The consultation manager was really kind, but because of that woman employee before entering, I ended up feeling so bad T_T The pricing was good and everything else was good, which is disappointing.
