Summary: Recommended for faces with a lot of fat and thick skin. Not recommended if you have some facial fat but it is concentrated in the buccal fat pads, or if your skin is thin. My boyfriend was worried a lot about facial fat, so we went together. He got it twice, and the fact that it was working was so crazy that I got it too. My boyfriend got amazing results, and I got none... true sad story
