Overall, it felt ordinary. The consultation manager didn’t seem unfriendly, and the director explained the surgery process in detail and was fairly kind. They also recommended fat grafting, but when I hesitated, they said it was fine to just do the repositioning and see how it goes. The price was on the cheap side.
