I had medial alar reduction + MISCO I did it during the summer vacation special, but it was not that cheap I am satisfied with the medial alar reduction, but as the MISCO threads completely dissolved, the tip of the nose and the columella came down, and my satisfaction with the reduction dropped again I remember the consultation director was a bit pushy about the deposit, and on the day of surgery I also consulted with the doctor If I had done the tip too, I would have been more satisfied, so that part is regrettable The scar is almost invisible. I am satisfied with the alar reduction alone
