I had nostril reduction, and the consultation was done carefully by the doctor. I had the surgery because they said it would leave no scar, but it seems scars cannot be avoided. Even after 4 years, it is still there. From far away it is not noticeable, but up close there is a white line that clearly shows I had nostril reduction..
