The doctor kept talking only through photos and did not even shape my line once, just kept discussing everything with pictures, which was really frustrating. The doctor being kind and the consultation being good are separate things. I do not understand why they kept looking only at photos during the consultation. They should at least have shaped the line once. Their professionalism looked a bit lacking. The consultation manager really has no service mindset at all. There is seriously a very auntie-like consultation manager there, and it made me genuinely furious.
