The doctor was kind, but the consultation manager at this hospital was not great. They spoke in a sharp tone, and it felt like they were trying to lecture the patient, with no basic service mindset at all. The price was too high, and other hospitals at least let the consultation manager negotiate a bit...... That was disappointing.
