They drew it out and explained it well, and they were quite kinder than the reviews said. Since a friend recommended it, the price for an incisional procedure seemed reasonable! The manager explained things in more detail than the doctor did, and it seems like they want reviews, and the line style doesn't seem to be the one I want, so I'm thinking about it.
