For same-day surgery, the doctor consultation was over in 5 minutes and they went in, and they did not properly explain the surgical direction either (if you look at the Gangnam0ni app, it is openly written in reviews that doctor consultations are short). You only find out the surgical direction when you are already on the operating table and ask then. It was all too abrupt and did not feel specialized in eye surgery, so... I was shaking badly on the operating table because I was so anxious. Since I had paid the reservation fee and did not want to waste it, I got the incision double-eyelid surgery anyway, but on the way home the same day, the incision on one eye opened up again just 2 hours after surgery (around 7 to 9 p.m.) and then came back. After that, I kept getting aftercare for more than a year: scar tissue injections > burning the eyelid fat > fat grafting into the eye area > fixing it again with some dual-fixation fold method > filler into the eye. It kept opening up over and over for almost a year, and every time it opened again. It reopened about five times, developed triple folds and quadruple folds, and I suffered from side effects. At least in the end, filling the volume with filler stopped it from reopening, so it was somewhat resolved. But the filler in my eye still feels awkward, and people around me say it looks like I have a mosquito bite mark on one eye. Anyway, revision surgery definitely seems necessary. I can feel that the doctor handles fat and filler well. I have come for a year, and every time about 70 to 80 percent of the patients are face-lipo patients. He knows well how to use fat or filler to restore volume in the right place, and he is good at that, but oddly enough, eye surgery does not seem to be his thing.... Maybe my tissue itself lacks elasticity or my eye-opening strength is weak, but I was not the only one whose surgery opened up again, and the manager herself said that people coming back with loosened results like me often build up a kind of database. When they give aftercare, they usually say that if you get fat grafting, most people improve. The doctor seems to prefer flashy eye shapes, and among the hospitals in his career history, there is one hospital that had a news report written about it. They frequently request reviews on a regular basis, like at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, n months, but objectively, if things go badly, they are cooperative with aftercare and say you do not need to keep writing reviews.
