I had surgery yesterday, so I don't really know yet, but I'm hoping for a good result. Other places recommended buried sutures, but only here did they recommend incisional surgery. I was worried that a front canthoplasty would make my eyes look too close together, but they said that compared with my average interpupillary distance, it would be better to decide on the front canthoplasty based on the length of my eyes, and that it would be natural without being excessive and leave little surgical scarring.
