The manager here is unbelievably rude, seriously. Because of that, all my desire to have surgery vanished. The consultation with Director ㅇㅎㅇ was really kind and good, but the manager is just unacceptable. I seriously wonder why she hasn't been fired yet. This is the first time my desire to have surgery disappeared because of a manager.
