A naturally low nose is something I couldn't do anything about so I was a little scared of surgery and went for a consultation to see about filler instead. When choosing hospitals, I had arranged everything according to my route, so if the consultation appointment time changed, I would have had to change everything, but they adjusted it to my time, which was a relief. It was the first hospital I went to, so I didn't know what to ask first and felt a bit awkward?, but the manager kindly guided me and explained everything carefully, which helped a lot. When I consulted with the director, I was able to ask the things I wanted without difficulty.
