Before the consultation, they took photos, and then I consulted with the director while looking at the photos. The director was kind and explained things well whenever I asked, which I liked. But when I was consulting with the manager, it felt like they were pushing me to make a reservation, so that part bothered me a bit; I went in after seeing good reviews online and was looking forward to it, so that was a little disappointing.
