When I first walked in, there were more people than I expected, so there was nowhere good to sit, and so on (the waiting time was quite long...) Unlike other hospitals, there was someone with the title of director, and this person consulted with me before I saw the doctor. They seemed very professional and proud of the hospital, which gave me confidence. The doctor was the type to speak very calmly, and said he would do as much as possible for what could be done, but for what could not be done, he said so realistically and clearly. The director also showed me a lot of before-and-after photos, which was helpful.
