I got a slimming injection here last year. I'm thin overall but had a bit of fat only in my arms, so I got it only in my arms, but honestly I didn't notice any obvious effect. The director's assistant measured my circumference and it did get a little smaller. Still, if you're expecting a dramatic effect, liposuction is probably the best. If you look at the reduction in circumference, I guess there was an effect. If you get it in the face, I think you'll see results.
