I got Ulthera. The female doctor did the design carefully, and I had sleep anesthesia so there was no pain, but there is a numb tingling sensation. The staff were really, really kind, and there was no anesthesiology specialist, but it felt like the doctor personally handled everything in a very systematic way, so there was not even 1 bit of discomfort. This is the second week after the procedure, so I still can't see the results, but there are changes that only I can notice,, I'll rewrite the review after one month
