Before my in-person consultation, I contacted them by phone to try a consultation first. The staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude... I had been expecting a lot because I often saw their cafe and reviews. Maybe it varies from person to person, but personally I found them rude, so I did not really want to go there. I guess I should look into whether there is a better hospital, even if it is a hassle.
