The place I consulted about eyes when I lived in Busan, I got a consultation for lower canthoplasty. Like other hospitals, they worked hard to explain things. However, maybe because they were busy, I am not sure if it was just my impression, but I felt like they wanted to end the consultation quickly, which did not leave me feeling very good.
