When I was looking around several places to find out about double eyelid surgery, this was the only hospital that recommended an in-out line. They said the trend these days is in-out line.. The other hospitals all said that in-out would be hard for my eyes, would not suit me, and would look unnatural given my eye structure, so they all recommended an in-line. At the time I wanted a large Western-style look, so I was set on an out-line, and the place that recommended an in-out line had a higher level of favorability with me. In the end, if I had done in-out, it would probably have looked very heavy and obvious... I am satisfied with the in-line.
