The doctor was kind and explained things with expertise, which I liked. I also liked that they did not excessively recommend extra surgery or anything like that. The counseling manager treated me without any awkwardness, so the consultation went smoothly. Also, when I asked a question by KakaoTalk, they replied right away, which was nice.
