The doctor was very kind. They explained the principles well, were gentle, and did not really force anything. However, the manager was a bit rude. I wanted to compare with other clinics and decide, but they were a little pushy about the deposit and used a tone like "we are busy too," which was somewhat unpleasant. The rest of the consultation was satisfying.
