I went for a consultation and was grateful that both the doctor and the staff treated me kindly. They also immediately understood what kind of approach I needed and recommended it, which was nice. However, it was a bit disappointing that the chin tip would only be done with T-osteotomy. I had wanted an osteotomy method better suited to my face shape.. Looking at the before-and-after photos, everything looked naturally prettier, so I had high expectations, but I still haven't decided that I definitely want surgery here.
