The doctor was pretty calm, And he had a style of speaking comfortably about whether something could or couldn’t be done. But the consultation manager talked way too much... 30 minutes of talking about it lol The rest of the staff were reasonably kind, And there were a lot of people. I had to wait quite a while for the consultation.
