I went for a contour surgery consultation, and the director answered the questions I asked well, but the consultation manager had short bangs and a bob? (not long hair), and she was extremely clueless and rude. During the consultation, she went out to the counter to take another customer’s call, and when I was in a situation where I had to leave quickly because I was short on time, she still didn’t come back for a long time. When I brought it up, she said things like, I had a long consultation with the director? Is it the same thing that I paid my consultation fee to see the director, versus a customer endlessly waiting because the manager is busy with personal matters? The prices also kept changing by several hundred thousand won, back and forth, and because of the manager the hospital’s image dropped, so when I left without booking, they even texted me later saying they could make it cheaper at home. The director seemed professional and I liked that, but the consultation manager’s cheap behavior made the hospital’s image drop sharply and made me reluctant to have surgery there.
