The doctor seems rather quiet in his explanations. Somehow I put down a deposit of 100,000 won and went, but then I changed my mind and asked for a refund, and after two weeks it still hadn't come back, so I stopped by nearby to ask about it. They acted like it had nothing to do with them, saying the coordinator or manager in charge wasn't at work (they gave me a very obvious look like, "You should have come after making a consultation appointment, right?"). In my angry state they told me to come back on the coordinator's workday or contact them again, so I said okay for now and was looking into consumer law and everything because I was going to report them, when the refund was processed the next day. Delaying something that should have been done right away for almost two weeks is absurd, and there wasn't even a good reason to have surgery there. Other places do well too, and places that pressure you into a deposit are not good.
