The doctor’s explanation is concise and easy to understand. No useless flowery language, no badmouthing other hospitals, and no difficult terms. They explain smoothly enough that a patient can fully understand it too. I went on a friend’s recommendation, and they even casually acted like they knew my friend, which was a bit capitalist but not unpleasant and actually felt pretty okay. I didn’t choose them in the end because it wasn’t the surgery method I wanted, but I’d be willing to visit for another procedure.
