The director tends to point out only the exact places that matter, while the manager tends to push for same-day reservations a lot and is the type to attract customers by comparing with other hospitals? That style was a little uncomfortable, but the director's unique thoroughness seems like it could more than make up for whether or not I decide to go through with surgery!
