The staff are just so-so. I had it done twice and it was a failure. Without a single word about revision-surgery refund or anything like that, the director just keeps saying the same thing every time, then says something like they will do it even 10 years later and just leaves because they are busy, only saying what they want to say. Thanks to that, they say my eye surgery cannot be done in Busan. With this, are you saying my eyes were well handled with 20 years of zero accidents?
