First of all, the counselor kept attaching every surgery imaginable and saying it would make a dramatic change. There were so many things she said I should do because of what was lacking, and the customer has to think it through and decide alone. If you think of no one from the counselor to the doctor as being on the customer's side, that's about right. They don't do any design work before surgery. They do it for about 2 minutes while you're lying on the operating table after waking up from anesthesia, telling you to look at yourself. Satisfaction is not good either. Just go to Seoul and have it done there. If you're going to another clinic in Busan, the only one I'd recommend is The Face. I want to give it all 1 point, but I evaluated as objectively as possible anyway. For staff friendliness, I gave 3 because not the info desk or the counselor, but the nurses in the operating room were considerate and kind. Those people are the hospital's only saviors.
