First surgery: severe epicanthoplasty scar (they said a scar would remain) Cutting surgery: it loosened a little over a year later (the surgeon insisted it absolutely would not loosen) Revision surgery done A stitch came out above one eyelid crease and is clearly visible. (The clinic said it was just like a pimple. They said if I left the stitch there, it would go away. It became infected where the stitch came out.) The two eyes are different. I ended up with uneven eyes. The revision scar became even worse. (they said that in advance) They do not admit when something goes wrong after surgery. They insisted it would disappear, then as if doing me a favor, said they could sew it closed anytime if I wanted. They never got back to me about setting a date for the stitch closure. For the revision, they operated with the line set too high without discussing it. (I do not know whether they were incapable or just careless.) The managers are nice and kind, but they remember the patient's job however they want and say it out loud. (very irritating) This place is case by case. One person turns out well, two people get ruined.
