When it came time for surgery, they firmly said no when something was impossible, but while explaining, it felt like they were being sloppy and wanted to finish quickly, and I found their tone irritating. Also, it has been 6 months since the surgery and it is still puffy like a sausage, and the incision double eyelid and upper canthoplasty scars are too severe.
