They said the surgery would be silicone plus re-positioning the nasal tip cartilage and quoted 270, so I was shocked... But I had surgery at another clinic and it looked natural, so I didn't need to put in tip cartilage, which was lucky or it could have been a disaster.......... But from what I've heard, because it's so natural, there seem to be a lot of people who regret it a bit
