I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty done naturally, but it came undone after just two months, so I had to go back for revision surgery. After the doctor who performed the surgery left and opened his own practice, the chief director did the surgery. Maybe because they wanted to make sure it would not come undone, they did a full incision and made a sausage look, and because it had previously been lightly buried, the epicanthoplasty scar that had not been visible before became fully exposed after the full incision. On one eye it got blocked by the Mongolian fold, and on the other eye the epicanthoplasty scar was exposed to the outside.
