They said that after osteotomy and adding 3 mm to the bridge and raising the tip, they could not raise it much because my facial skin is thin, but they would make it look natural instead. I did not want osteotomy anyway. Rather than talking about the whole face, it felt like they were looking only at the nose. For one thing, they seemed too tired, probably because they were so busy.
