I went for a consultation because someone I know had surgery here and it turned out well. The consultation coordinator was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, but I was disappointed in the consultation with the surgeon. They looked extremely tired, the waiting time was over an hour, and the consultation ended in less than 5 minutes. Also, they did not explain the surgical method or anything else, and did not even ask questions, so my desire to have surgery completely disappeared.
