I did it 2 to 3 years ago, and at that time the famous places for eye surgery were DPYs, HN, and NRY. Back then I did not even know how to search around for clinics and just went to NRY after looking only at review photos, and booked surgery right away. At first I thought the line was not great, but I am still satisfied even now. However, the consultation manager at the time was not that kind. So I remember leaving the first surgery feeling pretty deflated.
