I consulted with CEO surgeon Jo Jeongmin, and the doctor was really great. But here, the consultation manager seems to completely destroy trust in the clinic and the doctor. I had nose surgery here 4 years ago, and the doctor who did it is no longer here, but the atmosphere now seems very different from back then. I got the impression that NANA Plastic Surgery in Seoul is factory-like, and this place felt exactly like the Busan version of that kind of factory-style clinic. I hope the people in charge of the clinic really see this post. I consulted with consultation manager Goseonghyeon. I had a partial mastectomy on one breast because of atypical ductal hyperplasia, and to the consultation manager it may not seem like a big deal, but for me it was pain. After that, no bra ever fit properly, so I have never bought one. I have no interest in underwear. But before I even met the doctor, during the first consultation, they asked me what my current breast size was. I had never measured it properly after the surgery, so I said I did not know, but they kept forcing me to answer anything. If a customer does not know, then they do not know. Do you really need to push them into saying something? They kept saying it was not that important and meaningless, while still forcing me to answer in my own words.. If it is meaningless, why do they need to know it so badly? I really did not understand. When I was asked what breast size I wanted, I answered that I wanted the safest, best-looking breast size that I could have. They kept asking what that meant and pushed me to answer with an exact size. I do not know what size is safest for me.. because I do not know. That is why I came for a consultation. I have consulted at many hospitals, but this was the first time a consultant touched on a part that had been a source of stress and a complex for the patient like that. And then before meeting the doctor, I was told to go upstairs again, so I went up, changed clothes, and was waiting. I do not know who the guide there was, but they asked me if this was my first time at this clinic, what material had been used in my nose, and so on.. I had already told everything downstairs, so when they asked me again, I felt like communication was not happening properly between people. Before even seeing the doctor, I already thought, ah.. this place is hopeless, I came all this way for nothing... After meeting Dr. Jo Jeongmin, I did calm down a bit because the doctor was professional, but the clinic atmosphere and the staff's attitude made my trust just.. drop. As for consultation expertise: Doctor: five stars. Consultation manager: one star.
